This was an enjoyable event with representation from most Wellington Clubs including Budokan, Wainuiomata, Koizumi Kwai, Upper Hutt and Kapiti. The Blue and White was temporarily halted for a moment’s silence at 11am in remembrance of the 100th Anniversary of the signing of the Armistice at the end of the First World War.
Our team was highly successful and won first place in 15 of the 17 divisions contested on the day.
