Qona was back on the mat in North Africa in the -57kg class with a win in the first round against Algerian, Zina Bouakache.
Khadidja Belhout, also of Algeria, beat Qona in the second round, eventually going on to win the -57kg class.
Qona ended the day in 5th place.
