The holiday programme this time around was well attended with an average 18 people per day.
Many of the Academy’s most dedicated students challenged themselves by trying new exercises and perfecting techniques they already knew.
The week concluded with several gradings. Awards of one yellow stripe, two yellow stripes, yellow belt and one orange stripe were awarded.
We would encourage members of other Judo Clubs from around Wellington between the ages of 6-13 to try this programme out next time we hold it. Visitors are almost welcome and we enjoy having different people to train with.
